The Night of Big Questions
It was a cool evening, and Oliver, a curious five-year-old with short hair, cuddled between his mom and dad on a blanket in the backyard.
The sky glittered with stars, and Oliver wondered aloud, 'Where does water come from, and does it live on other planets?'
Dad, who loved science and adventure, smiled. 'That’s a wonderful question, Oliver. Let’s see if we can find the answer together.'
'Yes!' said Oliver, his eyes sparkling like the stars above. 'Can we find water on Mars? Or maybe on the dinosaur planet?'
Mom, who loved reading and exploring, chuckled softly. 'There isn’t a dinosaur planet, but there are many planets out there. Let’s think about where water might be hiding.'

Water On Our Blue Planet
Oliver touched the globe, his finger tracing the wavy blue lines. 'Earth is blue because of water, right?'
Dad nodded. 'That’s right! Earth is special because it has oceans, rivers, and lakes. Most of our water is salty, but some is fresh—like the water we drink.'
'What about other planets?' Oliver asked, his head tilted with wonder.
Mom smiled gently. 'Let’s open this book and see what we can discover.' She flipped the pages to pictures of the solar system.
'Look! Mars is red, but some scientists think it used to have water a long time ago,' Dad explained.
